Cooper Memorial Library’s annual Green Festival will be held on Saturday, February 16th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on the South Lake Campus of Lake Sumter State College in Clermont.
Come visit the library as we celebrate recycling, conservation and green living with fun, music and entertainment for all ages. Over 25 exhibitors will also be on hand to show the South Lake community how they can make their everyday life greener. These include Sport Mitsubishi, Steve Earls and Square Foot Gardening, The Big Red Bus, Healthful Essentials, It Works!, Lake Technical Center, Progress Energy, Lake Beautyberry Chapter, FNPS, Living Towers, A Natural Farm and Educational Center, CARE Foundation, Clermont Police Dept., Scentsy Wickless Candles, Visconti Acupuncture, Tangie Cleaning Products, JLB Creatives, Ewing Irrigation, Clermont Garden Club, Lake Co. Health Dept., Lake Jem Farms . . . and more!
For your entertainment the Lake-Sumter State College Jazz Ensemble, Mr. Richard and the Pound Hounds and Karen Climer’s Crazy Balloon Show. This year’s festival will also coincide with the Friends of the Library’s semi-annual Book Sale.
