Summer Programs at the Leesburg Public Library

The Leesburg Public Library is having Humor Resources present Comedy Improv. This event is for all ages on June 2, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will include a performance followed by a voluntary improv class. Don't miss this fun Teen event sponsored by the Friends of the Leesburg Library.

Sci-Fi Day will help kick off our Summer Reading Program for all ages. Festivities are on June 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with face painting, crafts, movies, aliens and snacks. Special guests: The Guardians of Gallifrey Central Florida’s Doctor Who Fan Club. Costumes are strongly encouraged.

The Leesburg Public Library is having Hunger Is Not A Game Food Drive to help the Leesburg Food Bank. Canned Foods, Snacks, Juices, Condiments, Cereal, Pasta, Dried fruits, and Coffee Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Baby Food, Baby Formula, Diapers, Toiletries, Cleaning Supplies, and Detergent are just some of the items needed. Don't miss this Teen event sponsored by the Friends of the Leesburg Library. Donations will be accepted from all ages at the Library.
