eBooks for Adult Readers @ the Minneola Schoolhouse Library

School has started and the Minneola Schoolhouse Library is turning its attention from the youth focused Summer Reading Program to technology and eBooks for adults. The library, located at 100 South Main Avenue in Minneola, will be giving away one e-reader each month from September through December. Adults will be eligible for one entry for each book that is checked out at the Minneola Library during that month. Drawings will be held on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

In addition, there will be an e-reader class held each of the next four months with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. You are welcome to attend if you do not have an e-reader yet but would like to learn about them. You are welcome to bring your e-reader with you for some hands on help. The classes will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 5 to 6 p.m. on September 26th, October 31st, November 28th and December 19th.

The e-book readers to be given away are provided by the Friends of the Library. The Minneola Schoolhouse Library Friends are an active group of people who support the library in many ways including providing e-books, children‘s books and programming.
