Lake County Library System is honored to host internationally bestselling author Jamie Freveletti, on her national tour with the fourth in her Emma Caldridge series, Dead Asleep. Jamie will appear at the W.T. Bland Public Library on Tuesday, November 13th at 11:30 a.m. as the featured speaker for the Brown Bag Book Club and again at the Lady Lake Public Library, at 2:30 p.m. Fast-paced and thrilling, Dead Asleep combines the riveting action that has made Jamie Freveletti an award-winning author with unique scientific details to create an intelligent thriller unlike any other.

Dead Asleep is Freveletti’s fourth Emma Caldridge thriller. A world traveler, Freveletti currently resides in Chicago with her family.
Jamie Freveletti is a competitive runner who’s scraped Ultra-marathoners off paths at mile eighty in the Colorado snow. A teacher and black belt in the martial art of Aikido, Freveletti’s earned degrees in law, political science, and international studies. She’s been a trial attorney representing foreign and domestic clients from fraud and white-collar crimes, to pharmaceutical, medical device, and securities violations.
