FLA Snapshot Day

Join Us In Promoting Florida's Libraries! The Florida Library Association (FLA) and Florida's Division of Library and Information Services are once again organizing Greetings from Florida - Florida Library Snapshot Day on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. This event is part of a broader effort organized by the American Library Association. Library Snapshot Day provides a tool for librarians and all genres of libraries throughout Florida to showcase what takes place in a single day in their library.

To maximize the impact of Florida Library Snapshot Day, we are seeking the participation of Lake County Library System libraries. Please begin planning how your library can document "photo friendly" events on January 30, 2013. Details and instructions about how your library can participate will follow from your contact JoAnn Glendinning, Director of the Fruitland Park Library.
