From internationally bestselling author Jamie Freveletti comes The Ninth Day, the third thriller in the award winning series featuring brilliant biochemist Emma Caldridge. This HarperCollins author on her national book release tour will appear at the Lady Lake Public Library, on Monday, October 17th at 3 p.m. She will also appear at the W.T. Bland Public Library on Tuesday, October 18th at noon as the featured speaker for the Brown Bag Book Club.
Local Authors Showcase
The First Annual Local Authors’ Showcase will be held in the Leesburg Public Library on Saturday, October 15th from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Because the amount of talent in the community is astounding, our goal is to bring exposure to local talent and nurture the pursuit of the writing arts in Central Florida.
Trash to Fashion Hits the Runway
The Lake County Library System will host the second annual Trash to Fashion Contest, on Saturday, October 22nd at the Cooper Memorial Library. This spectacular fashion extravaganza features eco-outfits from recycled or waste materials.

Paisley Library celebrates 10th Year Anniversary

Brandon Sanderson - An Author to Checkout
