Contemporary and Historical Novels @ the Romance Expo

The Reading Romance Expo, August 2nd from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the W. T. Bland Public Library will offer the chance to meet some wonderful authors of Historical Fiction and Contemporary Romance.

Sandra Madden is a published poet and the published author of thirteen historical and contemporary romance novels. Many of these novels have been translated and issued in over five languages. Before there were Navy Seals, there were the rugged officers who guided the U.S. Navy to greatness. This three book historical series features romance, mystery, and humor set in the early days of the U.S. Naval Academy.

When she's not writing about hunky military heroes, Tonya Burrows can be found at a bookstore or the dog park. A misfit group of former special ops soldiers, CIA operatives, & FBI agents form a private hostage rescue team to bring home the missing people nobody else wants to look for--that is, if they manage not to kill each other first.

Jax Cassidy followed her dreams to Paris, then Hollywood to pursue a film career but managed to fall in love with penning sexy romances and happy endings. She writes contemporary and paranormal romances and is Co-Founder of Romance Divas, and award winning writer’s website and discussion forum.

Katherine Mitchell’s novels have been compared to Jackie Collins, Sidney Sheldon, Danielle Steel, some of the timeless greats! The whirling romance, the surprising adventure, the colorful worlds in which the characters live, all add up to unique people getting caught up in unique situations and sometimes finding themselves . . . or not.

Abigail Sharpe is a Boston-bred Yankee now eating grits and saying "y'all" in North Central Florida. The Doctor Is In . . .as a single mom and pediatrician, Sabrina Bankhead doesn't have time for romance. All that changes when she reluctantly agrees to take part in a dating show fundraiser for a children's hospital.

Fun, prizes and so much more at the Romance Expo! Please go to our website for additional information www.mylakelibrary.org/local_authors/default.aspx
