On Tuesday, April 5th at 5 p.m. “The Mysterious Old Livingston House” will be back at the Fruitland Park Library. Author Jeffrey Lamb offered walk on parts in the movie to Festival participants last year. Since that time the film premiered at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and took the top prize, Best Picture and People's Choice at the Melbourne Independent Film Festival. Kudos to Jeff!
In the book, Cory and Summer had just met near the Ocala National Forest when they stumble across what appears to be a treasure map. They soon find out the leader of a local biker gang believes it belongs to him and is determined to take if from them. When an Ocala lawyer who is addicted to a computer game shows up in the area, it's hard to know who is chasing who. The clues don't seem to make a lot of sense but everything comes together inside the creepy old Livingston house.
Join the author and some of the cast and crew at this Festival celebration!
