Finn & Fiona Celtic Fairy Tales

at the Leesburg Public Library
Sandy Hutchins

The Leesburg Public Library presents Finn & Fiona’s Celtic Fairytales on Saturday, March 22nd, at 2pm. Free for all ages. This whimsical presentation will amuse audiences with tales from Celtic lands, expertly brought to life by master storyteller Finn, and his vibrant but silent assistant Fiona. Finn & Fiona, a national touring family show, will delight both children and adults with wacky antics, and demonstrations of traditional Celtic music and dance.

Using everything from Banshees to bagpipes, Finn & Fiona demonstrate the importance of cultural identities and celebrating diversity. Finn & Fiona emphasize the importance of oral history and folklore, along with the traditions and mythology that keep children believing the world is a wonderful and magical place.
